Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a team of PBH volunteers tasked with protecting and enriching the quality of the physical environment in the community.  The ARC has established an open and collaborative review process that involves the owners, neighbors and expert volunteers.

ARC Design Review and Fees

To initiate the review process, an applicant should complete the online application available through the Application for ARC Review.

If the project is minor in scope, in compliance with the PBH Covenants and in keeping with the standards of PBH,
the project will, in most instances, qualify for a Fast Track review.

ARC continues to ensure projects in our community are in keeping with our covenants and community standards and reviews and oversees numerous projects in PBH every year.

Meetings & Minutes

       

The ARC meets for Committee Reviews at the J. Kirk Hendricks Community Center on the second Tuesday of the month at 7 pm.
If you plan to attend please notify either Co-Chair prior to the meeting to ensure that the Committee plans to be in session for a Review.
