The Pine Brook Hills HOA board aims to meet on the 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of each quarter, beginning in January. The board/committee meeting takes place on the second Tuesday and the general/public meeting takes place on the following Tuesday. However, these dates may change as needed to ensure a quorum.
