PBH HOA Budget for 2017

  • 2017 Budget presented and approved

Boulder Mountain Fire Protection District: Chief Benson

  • Behind with slash pile burning this winter. Watch the weather daily to determine whether the burns happen. Must have 6 inches of snow on the ground and low wind.

Roads: Peter King-Smith

  • Ballot issue 1A failed; no BOCO Firm lawsuit; incumbent county commissioners reelected; Sustainability Tax does not include road maintenance.
  • County proposes that subdivisions pay for road maintenance…very expensive to residents. Linden is considered a “community use” road and will be maintained by county.
  • A county wide tax is would be an affordable solution. Possibly place on ballot in the future.

Pine Brook Water District: Bob de Haas

  • Andrew Churnside hired
  • Water fees increased from $30 to $50
  • Proposal to name the Community Center the J. Kirk Hendricks Center-Approved

BMFPD: Dr. Allen Saville
