JUNE 8, 2010

 On Tuesday evening, June 8, 2010 at approximately 8:00 p.m.,  the Pine Brook Hills Homeowners’ Association Board of Directors met at the Pine Brook Hills Community Center.  The meeting was called to order by the president.  Members in attendance included Bill Alexander (president),  Dave Davies (vice president) and Tom Mann (secretary).  The three members constituted a quorum.

 Minutes of the March 2, 2010 PBH General Meeting of the Homeowners’ Association:

Meeting minutes were reviewed.  A motion to approve was called, seconded and adopted by the directors present.

 Treasurer’s Report:

Bill Alexander presented a spreadsheet reflecting the income and expenditures to date for the absent treasurer, Pam Creswell.  Actual income through May 24th was $24,903. and  actual expenditures were  $11,784.  Net income reflected a positive $13,119.  Details of the budget are shown in the attachment “2010 Expenditures”.  Following a short discussion, the report was accepted as presented.

 PBH Roads Report:

Reference was made to a recent article in Boulder’s Daily Camera that discussed the condition of Boulder County subdivision roads and possible solutions to correct the roads in need of repair. 

 Mid-year General Membership Meeting, Pine Brook Hills Homeowners’ Association:

Bill Alexander suggested that the mid-year general meeting and social event be scheduled for Sunday evening,  Aug 8th at 4:30  p.m.  A barbeque for subdivision residents coupled with a brief business meeting will be followed by a walking tour of the new reservoir.  All directors present concurred with the suggestion.

Motion to Adjourn:

At approximately 8:35 p.m. a motion to adjourn was called, moved and adopted by the directors present.
