AUGUST 5, 2012

The Sunday, August 5th general membership meeting of the Pine Brook Hills Homeowners’ Association was held at the Community Center, Station One. The business meeting was preceded by an ice cream social beginning at 4:00 pm and followed by a presentation by member-at-large Bill Alexander on his recent international travels

At approximately 5:00 pm the business meeting was called to order by HOA president Dave Davies. Reading and approval of the prior membership meeting minutes was waived.

Proposed Construction Guidelines

Dave distributed copies of the proposed construction guidelines to those present. The guidelines were also published in the most recent issue of the Pine Brook Press. The intent of the guidelines, as submitted by the Architectural Review Committee, is to provide a set of standards for contractors performing work in the subdivision. The guidelines, as proposed, have been attached hereto and made a part of the minutes.

A motion was made, seconded and adopted by voice vote unanimously by those present to adopt the guidelines as submitted.

Motion to Accept Jim Woodruff as the HOA Treasurer

A motion was offered, seconded and passed unanimously to accept Jim Woodruff as the replacement HOA treasurer to complete the existing term of the current treasurer, Terry O’Brien.

Update on Fire Department Matters

Allen Saville, liaison between the HOA and Pine Brook Hills Fire Protection District, updated those in attendance on the proposed increase in the mill levy to increase funding to the fire district. This measure will appear on the November ballot for Boulder County.

Meeting Adjournment

At approximately 5:15pm a motion was made, seconded and passed unanimously to adjourn the business meeting.
